Multi-layer, reversible skirt made from cotton twill. Waistband with tie closure on both the inside and outside. The upper short skirt consists of three pieces, featuring hook-and-eye tape and adjustable drawstrings. The mid-length bell skirt is composed of four panels, with hem adjustment via an elastic cord and toggles. Seam details include selvage finishes. Double inner lining in vanilla taffeta with a woven label.  Hand-stitched square label inside.
